With 15 years’ experience in the public and private sectors, I bring a mix of strategy, systems thinking, and hands-on design craft. For the past five years, I’ve led service design efforts in the federal government, tackling complex legacy systems to improve service delivery—from navigating retirement to applying for grants to requesting healthcare data. My goal: design tools and services that guide people, not block them.
My career has had several pivots: from international education to operations at a tech start up to design. As a designer my role has evolved over time: from graphic design to web/UX to service design in government. I bring this adaptability and growth mindset to my work, to lead teams through ambiguity, align on shared goals, and pivot around unexpected challenges. I’m known for being a thoughtful collaborator and inclusive leader who listens deeply, asks tough questions, and brings non-designers into the creative process through facilitation, coaching, and storytelling.
